Q: Can I order one mini arrangement (£7.00) for delivery ?
A: Unfortunately we do not deliver single arrangements, however you are welcome to collect from us in Camberley.
Q; Are all Sweet Buds arrangements be-spoke ?
A: Yes, all arrangements are created especially for you.
Q: How many chocolates do I get in an arrangement ?
A: You get 25 Hearts or 15 Novelty Chocolates in an arrangement,
in a midi arrangement you get 10 Hearts or 7 Novelty Chocolates and a mini arrangement has 5 Hearts or 3 Novelty Chocolates.
Q: Do you need much notice when placing an order ?
A: We would like at least 5-7 working days notice plus delivery time for single arrangements, 6 - 8 weeks notice for larger orders i.e. weddings or corporate events
Q: How long can the chocolate be kept ?
A: We advise that the arrangements are kept no longer than 6 months, providing it is kept out of direct sunlight and stored at an ideal temperature of 18 - 20c.
Q: Are your chocolates pierced or skewered ?
A: No, all our chocolates are kept intact. We use certain methods to attach our chocolates to our sticks so the chocolates are not ruined.
Q: How do I unwrap & eat the chocolates ?
A: The chocolates are easily removed by holding the chocolate and giving it a small tug to release it from the stick, keeping the arrangement in tack. Alternatively you can remove the whole stick & remove the chocolate. Please place used sticks immediately in a bin to avoid danger with children, the sticks can be sharp !
Q: Are extra chocolates available ?
A: Yes, you can purchase extra Chocolate Hearts or Novelty Chocolates in bulk.
Q: Can I take an arrangement to a friend in hospital ?
A: Yes, our arrangements are ideal as many hospitals do not allow fresh flowers.
Q: Do you operate a mail order service ?
A: No, sorry not we do not post our arrangements due to the delicate nature of them.
Q: Which areas do you deliver to ?
A: For Weddings, parties and corporate events are arrangements and services are hand delivered so we our prices shown include delivery within a 20 mile radius of Camberley, Surrey. However please ask for a delivery quote if you are outside this area.
Q: Is there a delivery charge ?
If you are outside the 20 mile radius of Camberley in Surrey then we would make a delivery charge. This amount would be quoted before you placed an order with us.
Q: Can I collect my arrangement/bouquet from you ?
A: Yes you are very welcome to collect from us in Camberley, Surrey.
Q: Do you accept large orders for Corporate Events and Weddings ?
A: Yes, please call 07515101126 or e mail us as soon as possible so we can start planning & preparing. We can also send you our Wedding Pack, which has full details of our Wedding discounted packages, Venue dressing package and Chair Cover Hire
Q: How do I pay for my order ?
A: We only accept cheques, cash or Paypal payments.
