Payment
Sweet Budsrequire a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost of your order price to hold a wedding date. For Weddings, Parties or Corporate Events the balance of your order is to be paid 14 days prior to delivery to which Sweet Buds will invoice you 21 -28 days before delivery. Payments are accepted by cash, cheque or Bank Transfer (Internet Banking). Any cheques returned by your bank are subject to a £10.00 charge.
Cancellation
If a Wedding or Event is cancelled within 21 days prior to the event, you will be responsible for the total cost of your order. If notified of cancellation before then, your 30% deposit will be kept and your order null and void.
Delivery
Sweet Buds will deliver and set up at your venue or deliver to a "home address" by prior arrangement with yourselves, this being on or before the day of your event. Delivery is free of charge within a 20 mile radius of Camberley in Surrey. Outside of this area, deliveries will incur a small delivery charge which will be agreed with yourselves when placing your order.
Sweet Buffet Bar
Sweet Buds require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost of your Sweet Buffet Bar price to hold a wedding date. A security deposit of £30.00 for the Hired glassware, scoops/tongs is payable in addition to the cost of your Buffet Bar . Once your final payment is received no refund is available to you in the event of Guest numbers being reduced or in the event of cancellation. Payments are accepted by cash, cheque or bank transfer (Internet Banking). Any cheques returned by your bank are subject to a £10.00 charge. Shortages and damage to glassware, scoops/tongs will be charged at glassware £5 per piece and £3.00 per scoop/tong. Your security deposit, minus any deductions for loss or damage will be returned to you within 14 days of your hire date.
Chair Cover Hire
Sweet Buds require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost of your Chair Cover Hire price to hold a wedding date. A security deposit of £30.00 is payable in addition to the hire charge and final chair cover numbers 4 weeks before your event. Once numbers confirmed and your final payment received no refund is available to you in the event of Chair Cover numbers being reduced or in the event of cancellation. Payments are accepted by cash cheque or bank transfer (Internet Banking). Any cheques returned by your bank are subject to a £10.00 charge. Shortages and damage to hired goods will be charged at £10 per chair cover and £5.00 per organza sash. Your security deposit, minus any deductions for loss or damage will be returned to you within 14 days of your hire date.
Complaints
In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction on your part, then you must inform
Sweet Buds within 5 working days of your delivery date. If the complaint is deemed reasonable then an investigation will be carried out and an outcome will be provided. We reserve the right to refuse compensation with any complaint arising after the 5 day period.

Limitation / Disclaimer of Liability
In no event shall Sweet Buds be liable to you for any damages resulting from or related to any failure or delay to provide service under this agreement if such delays or failures are due to strikes, riots, fire, inclement weather, acts of god, theft, terrorism or vandalism or other causes beyond our control, as defined by standard practices in the industry. Such failure or delay shall not constitute a default under this agreement.
