Q; How do I book with Sweet Buds Chair Cover & venue Styling ?

Q; What is included in your price ?
A: Your order may incur a small mileage charge which will be included in your quotation.
Q; Are there any extra charges?
A: Sweet Buds are required to charge an extra dismantling charge where we are required to attend a venue at/or after 12 midnight. This usually applies when a customer is using a hired village hall/community centre and the premises need to be vacated that evening.
Q; Can I have more than one organza sash per chair ?
A: Yes you can, you can have two different coloured organza sashes per chair at an extra charge of 35p per chair
Q: Do you require a deposit with my order ?
A: Yes, we do require a 40% non-refundable (save the date) deposit which holds your event date for you.
Q: How do I pay for my order ?
A: We accept Bank transfers (Internet Banking) or payment through PayPal. We also take all major Credit or Debit Cards.
Q: Do you offer a payment plan ?
A: After your deposit payment has been received you are welcome to pay amounts convenient for you, up until the date your final balance is due, which is 2 weeks before your event date.
Q: What area do you cover ?
A: We deliver/set up and collect free within a 15 mile radius of Camberley, Surrey. If your venue is outside this area then your order may incur a small mileage charge which will be included in your quotation.
Q: We do not know our final guest numbers yet ?
A: You can still go ahead with your booking on an estimated number. The final guest numbers should be made available to us when paying your balance 2 weeks prior to your event date at which time your balance payment can be adjusted accordingly.
Q: How do I know you have Chair Covers to fit the chairs at my venue ?
A: Our Stretch covers will fit almost any banquet chair without arms ! However, if we have not dressed at your venue before then we would arrange a visit prior to the event date to ensure the correct chair cover is used.
Q: Are we able to meet you in person ?
A: Yes, a convenient meeting can be arranged, preferably at your venue where we can bring along a chair cover and our sash colour samples for you to view.
Q: Do you offer a D.I.Y. service?
A: Yes, we offer a D.I.Y. service on our Stretch Covers ,Organza Sashes and some of are other products allowing the customer to collect from us & return to our Sweet Buds HQ in Camberley, Surrey.
