- The Hirer is the lead name on the booking form
- The Hire period shall be from the installation time until collection and back in the possession of Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling
- Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling will not be responsible for injury or damage to persons or property howsoever sustained arising from any hired goods.
Chair Cover Hire
Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling require a non-refundable (save the date) deposit of 40% of the total cost of your Sweet Buds order price to hold a wedding date. Your final chair cover numbers are required 2 weeks before your event. Once numbers are confirmed and your final payment received no refund is available to you in the event of Chair Cover numbers being reduced or in the event of cancellation. Standard laundering and cleaning is included in the price of Hired Goods. Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling will not invoice additional charges to the Hirer for stains from food and drink and light scuff marks from shoes. Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling consider these stains as part of an event. However, if Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling find that irreversible and/or damage through mistreatment has been caused to Hired Goods for example, rips, candle wax, excessive food and drink stains etc, then Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling will issue the Hirer with a replacement invoice. Shortages and damage to hired goods will be charged at £10 per chair cover and £5.00 per organza sash.
Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling are required to charge an extra dismantling charge where we are required to attend a venue at/or after 12 midnight. This usually applies when a customer is using a hired village hall/community centre and the premises need to be vacated that evening
Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling require a non-refundable deposit (save the date) of 40% of the total cost of your order to hold an event date. The balance of your order will be due 2 weeks before the event date to which we will send a reminder. Payment is accepted by cash, cheque or Bank transfer (internet banking) or by Debit/Credit Card. Any cheque returned to us by the Hirer's bank are subject to a £10.00 charge.
Please note there is a minimum order charge of £100.00 excluding mileage charge if applicable.
Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling require a security deposit of up to £150.00 for items hired on a DIY basis. Security Deposits can be made by cheque which will be held by Sweet Buds (not banked) and if all is well and items returned to us after the event then the cheque will be returned to the Hirer.
Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling will deliver and set up at your venue or deliver to a "home address" by prior arrangement with the Hirer, this being on or before the day of your event. Delivery may incur a small delivery charge which will be agreed with yourselves when placing your order. Hired goods will be collected from your venue by Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling the next day unless other arrangements have been confirmed with the Hirer/Venue.
If a Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling order is cancelled within 21 days prior to the event date, the Hirer will be responsible for the total cost of your order. However, if Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling are notified of cancellation before then, the Hirer's 40% non-refundable (save the date) deposit will be kept and your order null and void.
In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction on your part, then you must inform Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling within 5 working days of your delivery date. If the complaint is deemed reasonable then an investigation will be carried out and an outcome will be provided. We reserve the right to refuse compensation with any complaint arising after the 5 day period. Complaints can be raised by contacting Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling by telephone, e mail or mail.
Limitation / Disclaimer of Liability
In no event shall Sweet Buds Chair Cover & Venue Styling be liable to you for any damages resulting from or related to any failure or delay to provide service under this agreement if such delays or failures are due to strikes, riots, fire, inclement weather, acts of god, theft, terrorism or vandalism or other causes beyond our control, as defined by standard practices in the industry. Such failure or delay shall not constitute a default under this agreement.
